Publications from the Kentucky Long-Term Policy Research Center examine public policy with an eye to the future. They are available free of charge on this Web site and many recent products also by request in printed form.

Products of the Center include full-length reports, Policy Notes, Foresight, Horizon, and personal PowerPoint presentations by staff at public forums. Policy Notes are short, targeted occasional papers on issues at the forefront of the public policy agenda. Foresight is a periodic publication that includes more in-depth substantive articles as well as announcements of Center conferences and the annual Hellard Award. Horizon showcases emerging trends, issues, ideas, and innovations. We invite readers to participate by collecting information from print, online, radio or television reports, speeches, or public opinion polls that offers a glimpse of the future; then pass it along to us via fax, mail, e-mail, or online. We will synthesize and summarize the information for review by our Board and publish selected items. PowerPoint presentations are about the Center, on topics of general interest, or responses to specific requests.
