FRANKFORT, KENTUCKY (June 23, 1997) — The Kentucky Long-Term Policy Research Center has released a quiz on Kentucky’s future designed to educate and inform the public about trends influencing the state’s future. The 25-question quiz covers topics ranging from demographics to economics. Virtually all of the questions come from Center reports.

"We think this quiz is an effective way to fulfill the Center’s mission to educate and inform the public about important trends affecting Kentucky’s future," said Michael Childress, the Center’s executive director. "Citizens young and old can learn more and see how much they know about the forces that will shape our future and, in the process, have some fun."

The quiz can be taken on-line at the Center’s web site where detailed answers and links to other points of interest are provided. The Center’s web site is located at: http://www.kltprc.net
