Beginning in the Spring of 2005, Scanning Kentucky became a part of Horizon, which showcases emerging trends, issues, ideas, and innovations. We invite readers to participate by collecting information from print, online, radio or television reports, speeches, or public opinion polls that offers a glimpse of the future; then pass it along to us via fax, mail, e-mail, or online. We will synthesize and summarize the information for review by our Board and publish selected items. We hope that citizens will become involved to help shape a better future for our state.

To contribute to Horizon or receive further information, please visit the Scanning Kentucky page or contact Billie S. Dunavent.  Previously published Emerging Issues for Kentucky are available online.

If you would like to be added to our Horizon quarterly distribution list, please complete the online request form and mark the “Horizon” check box.  Thank you.
